1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days.
  • High-Volume Exceptions: During peak holiday seasons, sales, or high-volume periods, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone.
  • Non-Delivery Days: Please note that we do not process, pack, or ship orders on Sundays or national holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to pincodes all across India. Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and displayed clearly during checkout.
  • Delivery Partners: We partner with reliable third-party logistics aggregators and premium courier services (including Delhivery) to ensure your ethnic wear reaches you safely.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: While we make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, our standard estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days across India.
  • Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics bottlenecks, weather conditions, or local service disruptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your package is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number and live tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey directly.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • For orders shipped outside of India, Retailvilla is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package by your destination country.
  • All additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, customs clearance fees, VAT, etc.).

5. Damages, Loss, and Claims

  • Retailvilla relies on established third-party logistics partners and is not directly liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping transit process.
  • Filing a Claim: If you receive your package in a severely damaged condition, please take photographs immediately and contact the shipping carrier to file an official claim.
  • Important: Please keep all original packaging materials and damaged items intact, as you will need them to complete the carrier’s claim process.
